Job Title: Human Resources Administrator
Reports to: Human Resources Director
Hours: Full time (office hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday)

Position Purpose: The Human Resources Administrator is responsible to support day-to-day human resource operations as well as to perform HR-related duties on a professional level while working closely with senior management. This position has responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, compliance, new employee documentation, policy creation and implementation, consulting agreements, monthly reporting, and data maintenance.

Job Requirements
Duties include but are not limited to:

Collaborate: Develop | Assist

  • Implement various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees
  • Develop and implement annual timeline to collect necessary employee information
  • Develop new-employment documentation maintenance and distribution process
  • Assist HR Director with maintaining high level of HR compliance

Coordinate: Manage | Arrange

  • Complete employment verification requests
  • Analyze internal data to produce various reports and documents showing current personnel information
  • Lead various HR projects as assigned
  • Manage use of office space and space planning
  • Manage furniture needs and custom requests
  • Manage all consulting agreement tracking and renewals
  • Manage current employee and affiliate benchmark salary data in system
  • Manage Talent Development and Individual Development Plan processes

Conduct: Perform | Maintain

  • Maintain information-systems records and compile reports for and from databases as necessary
  • Maintain organizational charts for Ambassador and affiliates
  • Enter and gather data to maintain confidential personnel files
  • Prepare new-employment documentation; files, correspondence, mail, etc.
  • Maintain monthly employment reporting and attrition reports
  • Enter computer data and maintain confidential personnel files
  • Maintain annual payroll calendar
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
