Jeremy Gayed serves as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Ambassador Enterprises. Jeremy manages Ambassador’s legal department and is responsible for its legal affairs.
Jeremy was formerly a partner at Barrett McNagny, LLP, a general practice law firm located in Fort Wayne Indiana. Jeremy was the head of Barrett’s intellectual property group and assisted clients in a variety of litigation, licensing, and other matters. Jeremy previously served as a law clerk to the Hon. William S. Duffey, Jr. in the federal district court for the Northern District of Georgia and as a litigation associate for the Chicago-based intellectual property litigation boutique McAndrews, Held, & Malloy, LLP. Jeremy received a B.S. in political science and chemistry from Wheaton College and a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School.
Jeremy serves on the Boards of Directors of A Hope Center and RemedyLive. Jeremy is an avid reader and outdoorsman. He and his wife Maija have five daughters.
