Rhoda D’wis

Rhoda D’Wis is a business-tech professional who joined Ambassador Enterprises in June 2017. Rhoda is a Senior Corporate BA who leads the innovation team and works directly with departments to activate the company’s capabilities through digital transformation. She drives value creation by turning technical advances into competitive business advantages through the power of design.  Her previous experience includes software development and roles as a business and interaction analyst and a business-tech consultant. Along the way, she became a hands-on software entrepreneur with global, multicultural expertise providing technical leadership and energized dynamism to build germane software solutions from the ground up for use in developing countries. She is skilled at recognizing new ideas, has a big-picture vision and leadership qualities to drive that vision to reality.

Rhoda has degrees in Computer Technology, Business Administration-Management Information Systems, from Trine University, and an MBA from Indiana University. She is a member of Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business LEAD program in Corporate Innovation.   

Rhoda is passionate about the empowerment of women and girls around the world and strives to make a tangible contribution by supporting women- and girl-focused initiatives. She is a coding instructor and mentor for Fort Wayne’s Girls Who Code club, a national non-profit organization dedicated to closing the gender gap in technology.
