Scott Campbell

Scott Campbell joined Ambassador Enterprises as Corporate Counsel in March of 2021. Scott’s duties include merger and acquisition activities and providing governance and legal services support for Ambassador Enterprise’s investment lanes and its affiliates.

Scott previously worked at Barrett McNagny, LLP as an associate in their business practice group. He counseled clients on tax, formation, corporate governance, contract, and securities issues. Over his years there, Scott gradually focused his practice on mergers and acquisitions, both on the buy and sell side, assisting in numerous acquisitions ranging in value from a couple million to hundreds of millions of dollars and privately held family companies to publicly traded Fortune 500 companies.

A Fort Wayne native, Scott graduated from Wabash College in 2014 with B.A. in Economics and Classics, later earning his JD from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2017. He was named a Best Lawyers in America – Ones to Watch in 2021.

Scott is a long-serving volunteer and board member for YMCA-affiliated Camp Potawotami, where he thrives in assisting the camp staff in increasing campers’ sense of accomplishment, belonging, and character while advocating the core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. He has led the Board as the Chair of Annual Campaign, the Camp’s primary annual fundraiser providing financial aid to campers, the past 3 years.

Scott and his wife Tess were married on July 23, 2022, and their daughter Skylar (6) just started 1st Grade this year. He enjoys hunting and the outdoors, all things sports, traveling, reading, and cooking.
