Job Title: Process Administrator
Reports to: Senior Operations Manager: Administration Services and Processes
Hours: Full Time
Position Purpose: To administratively support all team operations in the organization to promote productivity and excellence in a positive and constructive manner
Coordinate: Manage | Arrange
- Document tasks and task status.
- Prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Translate high-level ideas into concrete action points.
- Gather and assemble data into reports.
Conduct: Perform | Assist
- Support all teams and Executive Leadership in completing administrative tasks and projects.
- Assist with various hospitality and office administration tasks and processes.
- Administrate various operational processes by monitoring and reporting on activity, clearing obstacles, and advancing progress.
- Neatly and effectively complete tasks under tight time constraints.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and general public.
