Job Title: Process Administrator

Reports to: Senior Operations Manager: Administration Services and Processes

Hours: Full Time

Position Purpose: To administratively support all team operations in the organization to promote productivity and excellence in a positive and constructive manner

 

Coordinate: Manage | Arrange

  • Document tasks and task status.
  • Prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Translate high-level ideas into concrete action points.
  • Gather and assemble data into reports.

Conduct: Perform | Assist

  • Support all teams and Executive Leadership in completing administrative tasks and projects.
  • Assist with various hospitality and office administration tasks and processes.
  • Administrate various operational processes by monitoring and reporting on activity, clearing obstacles, and advancing progress.
  • Neatly and effectively complete tasks under tight time constraints.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and general public.

Cultivate: Develop | Maintain

  • Demonstrate an attitude of warm hospitality toward guests at all times.
  • Maintain a high degree of detail awareness and management.
  • Be proactive in addressing issues or concerns.
  • Participate in performance reviews, training programs, and personal development planning.
