Ringo Santiago

As Director of Marketing, Ringo provides strategic leadership and has primary responsibility for positioning and promoting AE as the preferred strategic partner for legacy impact in northeast Indiana.

A graduate of Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, Ringo started his career in advertising and design in Farmington Hills, Michigan, then moved to Fort Wayne in 1992. His experience as a long-time advertising agency creative helps guide AE’s brand and marketing development.

Ringo and his wife Cathy were married in May 1999. They live in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and have two children, Tom and Josie. They enjoy traveling to visit family and friends, exploring new restaurants and local events, and supporting their children as they develop and pursue their passions. In his spare time, Ringo enjoys photography, golf, and other outdoor activities.
