Janie Waldron is a Senior Leader providing guidance to Ambassador Solutions Institute’s Organization Development division. She has two primary roles the first is to establish strong levels of collaboration with stakeholders across Ambassador Enterprise internal teams, as well as, AE affiliates and Management Advocates. Her second role is to lead the ASI-OD division to ensure that they represent and deliver high-quality products, programs, and services to all our internal and external clients. Evaluating each request individually to best serve the needs of the customer by providing uniquely better solutions.
Prior to transitioning to ASI, Janie had the pleasure of leading Ambassador’s Essential Services team for a little over three years. She also had the chance to temporarily relocate to Plano, Texas and act as the Interim CEO for one of AE’s affiliate organizations for about six months, truly a challenging experience with incredible learning opportunities. Janie’s experience previous to joining AE, included nearly 12 years with Kohl’s Department Stores, starting her career as an intern and progressively increasing in scope and responsibility. In her last role, Janie led a team responsible for all locations in central and northern Indiana totaling more than 1400 employees and generating revenues in excess of $220 million annually.
Janie earned her Bachelor of Science in Textiles, Apparel, and Fashion Merchandising with a concentration in Business Management and Marketing from Indiana State University. Recently she had the pleasure of completing all coursework with Huntington University to receive a Masters of Business Administration. Janie is also a Gallup certified Strengths Coach and a certified practitioner for Everything DiSC, MBTI Step II, Profiles XT, LivStyles and NEO PI-R assessments. Janie currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for locally owned and operated, American LandMaster, acting as the organization’s Compensation Committee Chair.
Janie and her husband, Josh, have been married for almost 14 years. Their four children include Isabelle, age twelve, and Nolan, Nathan, and Chloe, their eight-year-old triplets. Janie enjoys cheering on her kids in sports, has recently become an Orange Theory enthusiast and traveling and reading as much as possible!
