Tim Klage

As Chief Investment Officer at Ambassador Enterprises, Tim Klage provides investment leadership across AE’s ecosystem, supporting strategic execution, platform performance, and collaborative partnerships that advance better community for time and eternity.

Tim returned to AE after serving as President of Diakonia Group LLC, an AE portfolio company located in the greater Nashville, Tennessee area, since 2018. Prior to that, he held Chief Financial Officer and other equity investing positions at AE beginning in 2012. His experience with AE spans finance, investment leadership, and portfolio company leadership.

After graduating from Indiana University Bloomington with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tim began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with the Big 4 firm Coopers & Lybrand LLC. He then held several financial leadership positions at Franklin Electric Company, Inc. and Crowe Horwath LLP before joining AE in 2012.

Tim and his wife, Heather, value time with their four adult children and their families. They have long been active in the Lutheran community, including Peace Lutheran Church, where they have supported ministry and community life in various capacities.
