Tim Klage

As Chief Investment Officer at Ambassador Enterprises, Tim Klage provides investment leadership that supports partner alignment, strategic execution, and long-term platform performance.

Tim returned to AE after serving as President of Diakonia Group LLC, an AE portfolio company in the greater Nashville, Tennessee, area, since 2018. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer and held other equity investing positions at AE beginning in 2012. His experience with AE spans finance, investment leadership, and portfolio company leadership.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington, Tim began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at Coopers & Lybrand LLC. He later held several financial leadership roles at Franklin Electric Company, Inc., and at Crowe Horwath LLP before joining AE in 2012.

Tim and his wife, Heather, have been married for 35 years and value time with their four adult sons and their families. They have long been active in the Lutheran community, including at Peace Lutheran Church, where they have supported ministry and community life in various capacities.
