About Janie Waldron

As AE’s Chief Administrative Officer, Janie combines operational excellence, cross-functional leadership, and relational influence to strengthen our culture and create lasting impact. She is deeply aligned with AE’s mission and committed to empowering our people and structures for sustained growth.

Janie’s career spans over 20 years in leadership roles across operations, HR, business development, and strategic administration. She started her career at Kohl’s, progressing through operations and leadership positions, ultimately becoming a District Market Manager. From 2014 to 2019, she worked at Ambassador Enterprises, leading initiatives in HR, marketing, IT, and consulting. Most recently, Janie was part of the executive team at SOLV Holdings, where she provided strategic guidance for multiple business units, including serving as Interim CEO of BookShout, President of Bomag Group, and CEO of SOLV’s product division.

Janie earned her MBA from Huntington University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from Indiana State University.
