Brian Best

Part counselor and part coach, Brian is a connector, facilitator, and collaborator—a trusted friend and wise sounding board for those with whom he works. With more than 25 years of leadership experience and professional leadership certifications, Brian is a seasoned influencer and developer of people and organizations. He currently serves on the boards of Lifewise Academy – Garrett, YMCA of DeKalb County, Garrett Public Library, Upstream Collaborative, and Garrett-Keyser-Butler Education Foundation. Brian also serves on the Fortify LEADS steering committee, devoting most of his experience to coaching emerging leaders.

Brian’s two decades of experience as a pastor helps him influence, manage, and motivate people from a relational platform that focuses on discovering and achieving individual and organizational potential. Since 2015, Brian has served in various community impact roles at Ambassador Enterprises, with his current title being Sr. Manager of Public Impact Investments.
