Amy Hardy

As Public Impact Administrator, Amy enhances the productivity and excellence of the Public Impact team by coordinating and performing operational, hospitality, and project responsibilities in a positive, collaborative, and efficient manner.

Before joining AE, Amy was an independent business owner with Mary Kay, Inc. for 12 years. She achieved the level of Sales Director, placing her in the top 2% of the company. During her time there, she taught sales force members how to create and build their own successful businesses.

Amy earned a BS degree from Indiana University with additional Early Childhood and Middle School endorsements. She volunteers with Catholic Charities and is involved with the Children’s Ministry at her church.

Celebrating 26 years of marriage in 2024, Amy and Tony have two grown children—daughter Eliana who is married to Davis Allik, and son Cameron.
