Amy Hardy

As Office Administrator, Amy facilitates AE team processes, including coordinating operations, hospitality, functional, and investment lane support activities through collaboration and efficiency.

During her 12 years as an independent business owner with Mary Kay, Inc., Amy achieved the level of Sales Director in the top 2% of the company, where she taught sales force members to create and build their own successful businesses.

Amy earned a BS degree from Indiana University with additional Early Childhood and Middle School endorsements.

She volunteers with Catholic Charities and is involved with Children’s Ministry at her church.

Celebrating 25 years of marriage in 2023, Amy and Tony have two grown children—daughter Eliana who is married to Davis Allik, and son Cameron
